Meet The Chef
A native of Beaufort, South Carolina, Chef Eric Buss fully encompasses the meaning of hospitality. His culinary career began in Charleston, South Carolina, where he was trained in classic French techniques and worked for several years before venturing to Los Angeles, California. With nearly 16 years in the restaurant industry, and over a decade of private events, it is no secret that Eric understands food composition, and has an extensive knowledge of baked goods, ice cream, & pastries. Eric brings to the table Lowcountry cuisine that exudes freshness, while supporting local businesses and local farmers. All of this while dong his part in leaving a lighter carbon footprint, using eco-friendly products as much as possible.
Buss' understands there is nothing stronger than love and community. During these very difficult times we recognize that many people are experiencing greater need. That's why we plan to donate a portion of monthly sales back to our local community here in Beaufort. When we say supporting local, that's exactly what we mean. Our products are sourced throughout South Carolina & Georgia, from our grass-grazed dairy & cage-free eggs, to our sugar, honey, fruit, tea, and coffee.
